This is odd.
I didn't realize I had ever conveyed anything other than something I was doing to be intimate. If I was rejecting that and just dropping spiritual stuff because I didn't see the use or something, then, yes, why the hell would I be on this forum constantly? But, I AM here doing what everyone else is doing but maybe expressing it in a confused way for a while. I don't know.
I am nothing and everything at the same time.
I am pointedly NOT PRACTICING as a way to practice, as a way to express my constant awakening.
I think sitting meditation is both necessary and not necessarily. I have profound non dual unitive moments all the time while walking, talking, working, driving, whatever -- just from stopping all striving, all becoming, all ideas of gain, of change, of improvement. It's such a beautiful, lovely thing to live that way. but, it is full of seeming contradiction for sure.
I can tell you that at the very same time I am in a state of open, not knowing -- I can also be DOING all kinds of stuff -- thinking, creating, liking, disliking, loving, judging. And that is the way it has to be to work.
Everything and nothing everything and nothing everything and nothing. Starting and being done all at the same time all the time.

Being "done" equals a momentary expression of being just as one is right then. As a practice. It is alive, intimate and completely nondiscriminating -- even if one is being discriminatory.
