Has anyone read Herbert V. Günther books? 30 Sep 2018 15:13 #109962

Hey guys!

I was scrolling through the pages of the university library of Helsinki for some interesting reading and a lot of books from Herbert V. Günther came up. Seems that he was a scholar, translator and a practitioner of Tibetan buddhism and wrote a lot of books on the matter especially in 1960-1980. Has anyone read any of his stuff? Interesting titles included:

Tibetan Buddhism without Mystification: The Buddhist Way from Original Tibetan Sources
The Dawn of Tantra (with Chogyam Trungpa)
The Tantric View of Life
From Reductionism to Creativity: rDzogs-chen and the New Sciences of Mind
Ecstatic Spontaneity: Saraha's Three Cycles of Doha
Matrix of Mystery: Scientific and Humanistic Aspects of rDzog-chen Thought

And a lot more interesting stuff. Looking for recommendations if anyone's read some of his books.
