why i think my life has gotten better

Because I decided a couple of months ago to go ahead and be an actual human in the world. On earth. Loving hating wanting feeling.

Such a relief after so many years of thinking i had to deny my selfhood and my reality in order to be a good person and maybe be enlightened.

I think i really misunderstood life and dharma and practice and being a human and mistakenly thought i needed to become less alive or real or human in order to become truly intimate. So, shame on me not on practice or dharma.

I am HERE right now touching this wonderful dirt and i love life and i love you all exactly as we all are right now.

There truly is nowhere to go and nothing to be. Amen. Om. Shanti.

Yep. On a "good" day that's how it feels to me. On a "bad" day it's more like "Ah-man, sh!+!"

Both the good days and the bad ones are just days, though. The ups and downs are inevitable. Only THAT which never changes is worthy of our unlimited devotion.
