Is there a way to include images in the posts? There is a "link image" in the editor, but the preview shows only the link, no the image itself.

I can't seem to make my images small enough to upload. Any quick tips for quickly shrinking photos to a good size?

Are you shooting on iPhone or Android or other?
My rather round the houses approach is to let Android sync to my OneDrive (i.e. cloud thing) and then take a screenshot on the PC using the snipping tool. Sound tortous but it strips out the image rotation stuff that always seems to cause a problem.

iPhone. But yes, I see how that might work.

Hm. No. My screenshots come out to 3.4MB each!!! Before I was trying exporting from Preview using 'lowest quality' jpg setting. Those were 700k or so. But it still said they were too big. I don't have a way to see how big the result will be until after exporting/saving the file, so it's rather a pain to keep re-doing and re-doing until I chance upon a suitable number, which is apparently .01MB? I don't know how big that is. 10k? 100k? that seems nigh impossible to do. Other suggestions?

There is an app called Image Size could perhaps try that. Can't speak to how good it is because I don't have an iphone/ipad.
Edit: looks like another work around is to email the picture to yourself and the mail client gives you an option to resize the image.

The upload size was 150k, so I have upped it to 1Mb. But you should also check what file type you are uploading as JPG tend to be much smaller than PNG. And on the newer phones, the default image format that Apple uses tends not to compress well. Please LMK if this helps, or we need to figure out the right flow for you.
