Out of curiosity, who has stream entry?

This may sound like an odd question, to which there is no way of *really* knowing the answer, but I am wondering: what percentage of practicing Buddhists do you think have actually gained stream entry? I am specifically thinking of Buddhist countries like, say, Malaysia and Burma. Here in the West, are we actually more likely to go farther down the Path because we are adopting a "foreign" philosophy and therefore more likely to be very vigorous (zealous?) about our practice, as opposed to those that have grown up with it and therefore practice (or not) in the same way that Christians here might only go to church at Christmas, Easter, and weddings?

I think a bunch of people here have direct experience with one or more of these countries, and I would be really interested to hear their opinions.
