First webchat between Kenneth and IntegralDoc

Yesterday afternoon, IntegralDoc and I had our first webchat. We talked about his practice and practice in general, including kundalini energy, Goenka-style body scanning, the 3 Speed Transmission, the natural development of a yogi moving through the stages of enlightenment, and the instant freedom of surrendering to the Absolute.

Thanks for posting.. very interesting to read someone else's progress

I also found this very interesting and helpful, particularly as I can relate to much of what IntegralDoc is or has been going through. The extended conversation format is also very rich... thanks for sharing.
