From the catalog:
"On what does your happiness depend? True peace of mind can't be based on conditions that are subject to change; it must be based on what is always already here. In this day-long intensive, Kenneth Folk offers a 3-part approach that leads to the realization of what is always here and the discovery of a happiness that is not dependent upon conditions. In addition to this opportunity to experience a taste of enlightenment, participants will learn a variety of meditative tools they can apply in their daily lives. A rare opportunity to work with one of America's true meditation masters, this day-long retreat for meditators of all levels will include extended silence, guided meditation, and ample opportunity to dialog with the teacher."

Please record it somehow, Kenneth for those of us from distant lands who can't attend.
Also, were you able to read the translations I sent you?

Hi Nick,
Yes, I think they have recording equipment there at Evergreen Cove, but I'll check and if not, I'll see if I can figure out a way to get it recorded.
(Check you inbox for a note about the Spanish translations. And thanks to you and your wife for doing them!)

I can't be there, but I'll be in Hudson and/or Albany, NY for four to six weeks from June 21 on working a trial.
Will you be doing any workshops in that general area during that time?
I may have an occasional saturday or sunday off.
In person I don't ask so many questions. I promise.

Just wondering, is there any chance of a longer (i.e. week long) retreat in the works?

The workshop is coming up this Saturday. Anne-Marie & I are looking forward to it - for the teaching, and because we'll be visiting with Kenneth again.
See you there.

I truly wish I could come but being quite far away from the US, I hope some of the talks will be recorded for the sake of the rest of us, over-seas yogis

Kenneth,
Thank you very much.
It was a wonderful workshop at a great venue (even the weather cooperated!
, and your workshop program was very effective. Anne-Marie and I both enjoyed the experience and it was very helpful in furthering Anne-Marie's practice. It was so nice to practice in such a relaxed yet focused environment, and to meet and interact with the other participants.
A big thank you to our Evergreen Cove ( www.evergreencove.org ) hosts! Your facility is gorgeous, so peaceful and serene. We appreciate the welcome you gave us and you can expect to see more of us. It's well worth the drive!
