A couple of things was created by BBodell
Firstly, in the Dukkha Nans - particularly Reobservation - does the emphasis in noting change? Are you emphasising fast noting, or slow (ish) deconstruction noting.

Secondly, people who have experienced more than one A&P event (especially if there was a substantial gap between 1st time and 2nd) can you say was it very different and in hindsight has it meant a difference in your experience of the dark night?
