Hi all, I am pretty new to this particular way of understanding/ practicing. I have a question re vibrations, I can't quite get clear what is meant when you speak of them, and the significance of noticing them. I suspect I am noticing them but can't as i say get clear what they are. probably just need a few more descriptions to clarify.
Thanks for any help
Ian

hey Ian,

Its kind of like TV snow sensations on your body. You might want to focus on a small area of your body for a while--that will make it easier to sense the vibrations...

If you're focusing on touch sensations see if you can sense buzzing/electrical current-like things going on. If you've ever touched a 110 volt circuit you'll know the buzzing sensation. This is like that, but far, far less urgent. Touch is, for me, by far the easiest place to start to hone in on the vibratory nature of our experience, but all sensations are made of of packets of energy that are discontinuous.
