signing off from daily postings for awhile

Greetings to whomever is reading.

I do not know if this is necessary to announce in this manner, but I have been struggling with posting on the site (even though I just started about a week ago) and am going to pull back from doing so for some amount of time. Hard to tell what this means at the moment.

I think the central issues are mostly shame and embarrassment and how these impede my sense of freedom of expression. I can see from reading on the site - not to mention living as a human being - that I am not alone in this.

I am deeply committed to my practice (like it or not!) and am deeply grateful to Kenneth for his exquisite teaching and to all of you who are committed as well.

I think you need to do what feels best for you. The journals shouldn't be a chore or something forced. They are a helpful way to reflect, keep one's self honest and be a source of inspiration and help for others doing the same thing. It is very anti-mushroom cultrue which is why I love this place. No secrecy! But if it becomes something that creates an obstacle for progress, I think it should be put aside. Doesn't mean you don't have to post anything else. Hope to see you still take advantage of this place.
