We need a page here that lists all of these interviews, so that they can be easily referenced. They are not just "read once and forget" kind of things.

On the more childish view of enlightenment:
I think people also confuse "enlightenment" with "nirvana."
And, nirvana really has the image to people of a wonderful state of blissedoutness.
And, don't a lot of you review to a "fruition" as "nirvana?"

Excellent! To aid newbies, I would suggest (because I am good at suggestions that make work for other people) creating a small snippet/intro for each, kind of like what you have below for the podcasts.
