I've read a lot of pointing out instructions, but this one by Ken Wilber was profoundly effective for me:
wilber.shambhala.com/html/books/ontast_wharyo.cfm/
I really focused on truly trying to "taste the clouds". This snapped me into a state where all phenomenon arising were me. This was especially powerful with respect to the people around me. My family became me and as I saw them I realized that I loved them so much as themselves and as myself. I think I perhaps got a taste of the kind of love that Jesus spoke of. Its funny though, because in my case it was almost narcissistic since the strength of the love for other people seemed to be coming from a place of self love.
I haven't reproduced it yet, but thought this might be useful to others.

Thank you for sharing this. These pointing out instructions are very good. You can see how the witness can collapse into a state oneness (or non-dual awareness). And this unconditional love is precisely what saints, yogis and jnanis have been talking about.
It's good you mention Jesus, because it becomes clear that he was only describing the natural state of a fully enlightened being. You can also tell that the witness is "in the world, but not of the world". When we trace it back to its unborn source (the father), it is even beyond time ("before Abraham was, I am", John 8:58).
