I'm just six minutes into this and I usually don't really relate to this guy, but this one is good. He explains why he prefers the term "intimacy" to "enlightenment" and it is pretty interesting.

I'm making one last appeal to all my friends to listen to this talk.
Maybe it's just me but Fischer really seemed to capture the essence of "third gear" state of mind.

I'll most certainly be giving this a listen MM. I have listened to many of Norman Fischer's audio talks on his EverydayZen site. He is an great teacher; he certainly can hit his high notes.
