2nd gear

Just read Kenneth's page on second gear. Yeah for reading!!! I really like the hour glass image it helped me to understand what this practice is about. I just starting to look into the witness term and will start being aware when I'm there. In the middle. It's funny my Mom is a big Path with Heart Fan and a few weeks ago she was driving me crazy cause she kept asking me , " who are you ? " I was like come on you know who I am don't be silly. Little did I know... Little do I know.... More will be revealed....

Welcome to the forum. 2nd gear is a powerful practice, I would recommend checking out 1st gear stuff as well (I am sure you already have) A Path With Heart is a great book... even through the somewhat cheesy language there is a ton of excellent information...
