Just speaking for myself here, but I tend to get cranky with frauds, even unintentional ones. To be fair, I also get cranky with people who are enlightened but don't bother to address their own shadow sides and wreak havoc on unsuspecting students.

Is it too much to ask that our teachers be competent and have their crap together? Is it unfair to use harsh language to describe harsh realities?

This needs more support than a "Do you? Yes" button. It is always easy to dumb things down, but in my opinion this up there where folk should call it as they see it, with indignation if that be the case.

[edit] - sorry Kenneth, no pun intended with the word "folk".
