Hi there,
These are not new revelations, yet interesting none the less.

Worst thing is I read halfway through this and skipped to something more interesting and came back to it. I have had the tendency described in the article and can see how short my attention span has become. Very nasty aspect is the need for constant low level stimulation or "interest" in something. Possibly a barrier to practice. Something that needs to worked at to develop more useful habits.
And what do I type every time my computer starts up - smh.com.au and similar news sites.

I use google chrome. It's really bad because when it starts I see the 8 most recent sites I've visited. And I can just click through those same 8 all day, hardly ever seeing anything new.
