This is very zen but I'm enjoying it. Never heard of the guy -- Henry Shukman. It really starts about 11 minutes in when he says, basically, if you want liberation and awakening, everything you need is all the real stuff happening right now -- your real actual life. If you look anywhere else you won't find it.
