Local Shambhala Meditation Group - Should I attend? was created by mumuwu

Hi folks, just wondering if any of you's had checked out one of these. I know they are based on the tibetan tradition. I'm wondering if it would be of any benefit to check it out. I could always use the extra 45 minutes I would lose driving there and back to practice in my room.

I would! Shambhala is Trungpa's group. Trungpa was the baddest Tibetan teacher ever, IMHO. Maybe they'll have some cool stuff to say.
