practice notes

What do you intend to accomplish by posting practice notes? What do you actually accomplish from posting practice notes? What do you get from reading the practice notes of others? How have the answers to these questions changed over time? Post your thoughts here.

It is like a scientific experiment. I note to collect data and then I can compare each sitting and then I can see a pattern. Others can read them and learn from them or tell me where I might be going wrong. From reading the practice notes of others I can compare them to my own. This gives me faith in practice and gives me things to maybe look out for.

I am creating a map of my own mind and my own journey. The value in it is 100% obvious to me.
