I flipped-over to your link at 'onehumanjourney', and read the column by Kenneth, on One Human Journey.

Excellent column, made my heart warm.

I'm new to KFD, as of last Dec 19. I came in from extensive practice to the 4th Jhana, and recently a taste of the Arupa Jhana's to the 'Base of Nothingness'. My meditation methodology is 'Samatha yoked to Vipassana', by way of the Brahma Viharas.

Kenneth's, column is spot on!
