Thanks for posting this, AugustLeo. I haven't learned much about non-dualism (or is there really anything to learn?), and I tended to separate meditation style practices from non-dual styles as though they were in opposition to each other. To that extent, I think I was missing the point of 2nd and 3rd gear.
