Noting Labels was created by Jackha
Somewhere I saw a list of noting labels. It might have been from Shinzen Young. For instance, for body sensations it might have listed pressure, tighness, coolness, easing, etc. Any suggestions where I can find a list like this?
Now I mostly use labels that naturally come to mind. But, a list like this would be useful in those hard to categorize sensations..

Hi!
There are some suggestions right on the first page under each of the foundations.
And I think you are right in using your own words. I too have difficulties finding the "right" one at times, but it's a practice in itself I guess

Meekan,
Where do I find "suggestions right on the first page under each of the foundations."
Thanks for the reply.

Hi Jack,
Click the "Home" link at the top of this page, or go to this URL: kennethfolkdharma.wetpaint.com/
Under the First Gear heading you will find lists of labels for each the four foundations as Kenneth defines them: body sensations, feeling tone, mind states, thoughts. Developing the vocabulary for noting was a little difficult for me at first but becomes much easier over time. If you find yourself searching for a label, don't forget to note that as searching or labeling thought, etc.

Hi, Nadav!
You beat me to it!
And Jack, that was exactly what I meant. Sorry for being vague...
Hope it's helpful to you!
