2nd path was awesome too. The funny thing about the day that it occurred was that it was the hottest most humid day of the year up until then and I had a bunch of outside work that day. Due to the fact that I was feeling the bliss of 2nd pop(this time it was more like a snap) I didn't get the physical queues to slow down or hydrate etc. that I was used to and kind of over did it. But over time I can see the difference, though it's hard to put a finger on.
I am so grateful for this practice. Again, I find it hard to believe that more people don't feel the need for it. To me it's really the only open door that's left. It's a do or die situation. I am amazed that people like you all have the insight and fortitude to keep the pilot light going on this puppy.
Hoping and praying and practicing to get through 3rd and 4th.
