The physics of gratitude, love, and double rainbows?

Hi guys, I'm wondering if anyone can offer perspective on things that seem to have a trajectory in this moment, such as gratitude and love. I always see these things talked about in moralistic terms but never in a technical phenomenological terms.

There seem to be different shapes, directions, and velocities of these qualities - either gratitude can be recognized or it can be aimed, or it can be wrapped around experience. What other attributes have people observed?

I've also noticed "double rainbow" mind which appears to have a narrative component of "WOOWWWW!" in a similar vein as 2nd gear can sometimes have the "IIIIIII...." narrative component. I can't create much stability in double rainbow mind, but I'm guessing its possible to cultivate:



I guess where I am going with this is that when I recognize awareness, it is the perfect opportunity to trigger other mental qualities - I'd like to know all the tools in the toolbox so that I can design these neurons to fire together and wire together.
