Emotions poster was created by kennethfolk
Ron Crouch sent me this link to a poster that psychologists use for helping people get in touch with their emotions. Could be a great aid for noting mind states. Enjoy!

I just quickly went through and tried to mimic those various states and noticed that, for me, the vast majority of them felt head-centered in the various shifting pressures and very few felt heart-centered.

Amused by the meditative face, heh. Might put it up as avatar.
Also the concentrating face is really baring down with effort face.
Some are more "feeling-state" such as hot, cold, hungover.
But definitely useful. Always thought there was not enough focus on suggested phenomena to note.
