Tomorrow we'll follow up with an essay on Mahamudra noting, explaining the technique step by step, building upon the Ships in the Harbor understanding. I shared Mahamudra noting with Vincent a couple of months ago and since then he's been teaching it to his students with great success. Highly recommended for yogis at all levels, it's especially effective while noting aloud in a dyad with another person, as the presence and positive mind states seem to snowball when two people bounce them back and forth.

I am glad that talk is getting around. I think it's one of the all-time-great dharma talks, at least for me.

hmm - So this is effective for pre-pathers as well? Interesting.
