Theravada and Non dual was created by NipunaRoss
Upekkha (equanimity) in 7 factors of enlightenment and other places is a non dual aspect that is represented in Theravada Buddhism. Also, another term synonymous with awakening/enlightenment is attammayata (not-made-of-that-ness or unconditioned)
Thank you so much Kenneth!
Im pretty sure I'm accessing pure land jhana's up to PL2. I use the witness or dwelling in awareness itself. yesterday was the first time i did the thing with my eyes rolling back and fluttering, then resulting in a stability at the brow chakra with luminosity of mind or brightness with extreme equanimity and calm. then focus up to crown till stable feeling again at crown, luminosity, equanimity, calm... then I started to get a warm feeling in the middle of my brain (?). Much more.
Comments and or suggestions/tips are very welcome!
