Hi Nick,
1.
At the moment I would say no to all the questions on your list, except for the ones which I am unsure how to interpret (imagination and flow of time). I have been trying to locate some sense of me or feeling of being, but have failed so far. There is some mysterious field of knowing present but I cannot say much about it. It does not seem to exist inside of me or be physically limited. There are no passions or moods and no sense of being one with anything.
2.
I will try to give an exact description of how I experience what I call the residual stuff.
I would divide in three categories: A, B and C. Type A started about two weeks after the shift and was very noticeable for one week, then it was replaced by Type B and now after four weeks I am mostly seeing type C, but also sometimes still Type B. It seems like a development from gross to subtle.
Type A
Harsh unpleasant vibrations at the throat or sometimes at some other energy center. It can arise with no reason at all or in social situations that used to be felt as uncomfortable. I can experience this vibration in two modes, the other mode being very fast oscillation (approx. 10-20 Hz) of the attention between the object and the third eye region.
There may be a thought accompanying the physical sensations "That was really badly handled situation, that is not like me at all". Sometimes this thought dies in midair or it is seen as absurd when completed and a slight moment of disorientation may occur "Who? Me? What '˜me' are you talking about?"

Type B
Subtle feeling of movement at the third eye or at the throat that passes quickly, sometimes it is felt at the solar plexus. This movement may be physical or something much more subtle and there is usually a thought arising with it, but it may be short-lived. This phenomenon is experienced in situations where I previously noticed some attachment (for example discomfort or self-consciousness). I used to experience something similar before the shift, but now there is less charge (no emotions, no push or pull) in the sensation because of the lack of 'me'. Like a shadow sensation. The attention is vibrating rapidly like in the previous type.
Type C
This is the most subtle of them all and I am not yet seeing it clearly. It seems to come and go unpredictably and it is experienced as a transparent fog screen preventing the usual clarity. It appears to be caused by the rapid vibration of the attention as mentioned in the previous cases. If there are other nuances to this phenomenon, I am not yet aware of them.
I am not sure if my description conveys the actual experience, but this is as good as I can manage at the moment. Does any of this sound familiar to you?

@ Antero,
Some of it sounds familiar other stuff you said hasn't. But it all seems like progress to me. It's about the end of suffering. Stories may differ slightly from yogi to yogi. I can't say for sure if we are at the same stage. Similar though.
