Just wanted to preemptively thank everyone here on the forum and Kenneth for creating the space for this group to exist.
I'm going on a 10 day Goenke retreat and it will be " as it is." I'm sure.
Never the less my practice between retreats has never been so kindly and skillfully supported as it has been this past year with the help of all of you and the pointing to all the wonderful resources out there. For many years I went on retreats and tried to maintain a practice without a support group or teacher and the results were well, as they were ; )
But now I'm certainly done....... kidding myself,
about my need for a sangha and teacher cyber or otherwise.
So when I come back a changed man " blink " that was easy,
don't be alarmed at my sudden willingness to partake, give back and encourage as was done for me.
