Hi Gang,
1. Glasses; if you wear glasses is it better to do kasina practice with your glasses on or off?
2. Lighting; what's the appropriate lighting level for kasina practice? Should the room be well or dimly lit or does it depend on the colour of your kasina?
Thank you, Alvaro

I find the soft focus to be better, so I take my glasses off. For consistency I keep the light on in the room. I wouldn't want it dim, because I found the contrast to be necessary. That's just me, I'm not an expert or authority, but I have been very happy with my kasina practice.

i prefer to wear my glasses if i'm going to have my eyes open, even in soft focus. it's just so that i can tell if things happen in my visual field as a result of my practice.
