First, I'd like to thank LocoAustriaco for his generosity. I noticed an improvement in concentration and energy after a few days of practice. I never would have heard about Tsa Lung if you had not mentioned it. I bought "Awakening the sacred body" and have benefited greatly.

In his instructions he recommends training to squeeze the PC muscles and anus very tightly over a period of two weeks. For myself, this practice has caused the involuntary emission of semen while sleeping, defecating and once even when waiting in the doctor's office. I now constantly have the feeling of liquid leaking from my penis and there is some liquid present in my urethra when I examine it. Do not do any kegel like exercises!
Any advice on how to fix myself would be welcome.

Hello Flay,

just a chek. When you squeeze, is the lets-retain-pee squeeze? or are you squeezing out as in let-give-that-poo-a-good-push-out ?

Again, this is just a check in case you understood it the other way around - I think it might be easy to get confused. It is the 1st type you're supposed to do.

I got over my problem as soon as I stopped doing kegels. You can find many who had similar problems if you care to search on google. Kegels are for women.

As for mula bandha, you're supposed to focus on drawing the perineum up, rather than squeezing anything shut. You'll notice the difference if you do the former.
