Fun with mottos

I was joking with a friend the other day that our motto in the pragmatic dharma community should be "We mistake the map for the territory."

Here are some other ideas, based on the characteristic pathology of each group:

Western converts to Tibetan Buddhism: We don't have to practice because our teachers are super holy.

Zen Buddhism: We used to be cool.

Neo Advaita: If you think I have an ego, I'll kick your ass.

Zen Buddhism: A giant has no ears to see

Pragmatic Dharma: "**** you, it works."

Pragmatic dharma: "The rest of you are all dark night yogis!"

KFD: "But did you note it?"

I'm gonna git you, sukha.

How many paths have *you* gotten?

To me, Zen would have to be: "good luck with that, and make sure you use our nifty hand position"

Zen: "All are welcome... especially if you're a neurotic psychotherapist."

Scientology: "We're not crazy. We're totally bonkers!!!"

Tibetan Buddhism: "Kinda like Asian Catholicism, except our Pope's not a jerk."
