I think I might have just read Kenneth's answer, part of Chris also mentioned in the previous thread.

Awareness and the desire to not suffer are guiding lights. There is a natural draw to where the conditioned meets unconditioned. As as we approach a guiding light and stabilise we see the next one, we need only trust in that which is, to not wander in the dark. We move in fear and other negative emotions because we complicated that which just is. We need only move with simplicity trusting in that which we are, for all other things we are not. We are not immortal, not always speciman of health, not in the same circumstances tommorrow. We are just that Awareness now, and when this is known the conditioned naturally aligns.
